The mission of Journey for Control is to empower and educate patients with type 2 diabetes — to help them take the first step on a lifelong journey. To do that, we bring all of the key partners who play a role in diabetes care together by providing access to information to underscore the need for real behavioral change. Then, we provide innovative teaching tools designed to help patients make changes and become better self-managers.
